urTurn.com is completely and totally free. A paypal account is required to participate in the urTurn marketplace.

How do I link urTurn in with my social network or Web site?
By adding the urTurn Widget to your favorite social networking website (Facebook and MySpace (coming soon)) you are able to automatically create an account with urTurn.com. Follow the instructions on the How it Works page for proper installation.

What is the minimum age for urTurn users?
urTurn users must be 18 years of age or older. A PayPal account is required to participate in the urTurn Marketplace.

Is there a maximum amount of urTurn points that I can earn?
There is not a maximum amount of points you can earn, however, there are restrictions on how many points you can earn on a daily basis. See the below chart for details:

*The urTurn widget is turn to track normal behavior so you don't have to change the way you experience Facebook today to earn urPoints. The widget can also discern a-typical behavior that isn't related to connecting with others, but conducted simply for urPoints earning. A-typical behavior is NOT rewarded by the widget. A-typical behavior includes but isn't limited to: write on a wall and delete, or post a picture and delete, or any repetitive activity that is reversed thus no connection or communication truly created.

How do I redeem points?
Under the "Redeem Points" Page, you are able to navigate through all of the prizes that we offer. Click on "Redeem Points" and follow the steps to have your prize mailed to you!

What are examples of urTurn prizes?
You can view all of the urTurn prizes on the "Redeem Points" page. Current examples would be iTunes Cards, urTurn prepaid Visa Gift Cards, ipods, and iPhones.

How do I buy and sell urTurn points?
After you log into your urTurn account, you are able to view all buy and sell orders. Click the respective links "Buy Points" and "Sell Points" and follow the steps to purchase or sell your points.

I don't see my points-where are they?
If you are not immediately seeing points added to your account, don't panic. Point updates will be completed and will appear on your account within 24 hours.

How do I close my urTurn account?
Accounts may be cancelled by you at any time. Upon your election to cancel, your account will be cancelled within 24 hours, but if you have paid for a period in advance you will be allowed to use the remaining time according to these Terms of Service unless your account or this Agreement is suspended or terminated based on our belief that you have violated this Agreement. There will be no refunds for any prepaid fees for any portion of the Service.

Can I use the urTurn logo on my Web site?
We generally do not permit the use of the urTurn logo by third parties unless they have a written license agreement with urTurn.
